Locally heavy rain to the tune of 1.5 to 2.25 inches has fallen over the last hour or so, with some additional rain expected. Given such, localized high water is possible over the next hour or two in the typical low-lying trouble areas. Do not drive your vehicle into areas where water covers the roadway. The water depth may be too great to allow your car to cross safely.
