The Flood Advisory will expire at 1 AM EDT early this morning for a portion of southwest Virginia, including the following areas and independent city, City of Radford, Montgomery and Pulaski.
The heavy rain has ended. Flooding is no longer expected to pose a threat. Please continue to heed remaining road closures.
