At 322 PM MDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain are ending across the warned area. Between 1 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. The expected rainfall rate up to 0.5 inches in 1 hour can be expected across southern portions of the warned area.
Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.5 inches are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is expected to continue until the water has a chance to recede.
HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, rural roads and normally dry washes, as well as other poor drainage and low-lying areas.
