West Central Ritchie County in northwestern West Virginia... Northwestern Wirt County in northwestern West Virginia... Wood County in northwestern West Virginia... Northeastern Mason County in western West Virginia... * WHEN... Until 1115 PM EDT. * IMPACTS... Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Numerous roads remain closed due to flooding. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 521 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Widespread flooding is already occurring in the Parkersburg area. Between 1 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Parkersburg, Marietta, Belpre, Racine, Forked Run State Park, Vienna, Ravenswood, Williamstown, Belmont, Mineralwells, Lubeck, Washington, Boaz, North Hills, Davisville, Blennerhassett, Rockport, Little Hocking, Walker and Belleville. - This includes the following highways...
