Portions of east Tennessee, including the following counties, Carter, Johnson and Sullivan and southwest Virginia, including the following county and independent city, City of Bristol and Washington.

Until 900 PM EDT.

* IMPACTS...
Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
Water over roadways.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 507 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Overflowing poor drainage areas will cause minor flooding in the advisory area. Up to 2 inches of rain have fallen.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Bristol Tn, Bristol Va, Abingdon, Walnut Hill, Bluff City, Glade Spring, Damascus, Harr, Hilander Park, South Holston Dam, Lindell and Emory-Meadowview.
