The Flood Advisory will expire at 1245 PM EDT this afternoon for a portion of southeast West Virginia, including the following areas, Monroe and Summers.
The heavy rain has ended. Flooding is no longer expected to pose a threat. Please continue to heed remaining road closures. Scattered showers are still possible this afternoon and evening.
