Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 1037 PM EDT, radar indicated heavy rain had fallen due to thunderstorms. Flooding is ongoing. Between 2 and 5 inches of rain have fallen, with the heaviest rainfall amounts near Obetz, Groveport, and Canal Winchester. Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is expected.

Obetz, Groveport, Canal Winchester, Lockbourne, Blacklick Estates, Pickerington, Rushville, Carroll, Baltimore, Lancaster, Ashville, Bremen, Millersport, Pleasantville, Commercial Point, Royalton and Lithopolis.
