River or stream flows are elevated.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 316 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated concentrated heavy storms had shifted east of the advised area, but after a 2 to 2.5 inch rainfall, elevated stream levels within the Upper Creek basin will linger. This advisory is expected to expire on schedule.
