A portion of northern West Virginia, including the following areas, Eastern Preston, Eastern Tucker, Marion, Monongalia, Preston, Ridges of Eastern Monongalia and Northwestern Preston, Western Tucker and Wetzel. * WHEN... Until midnight EDT tonight. * IMPACTS... Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Heavy rain that could exceed 1 to 2 inches per hour from showers and thunderstorms may lead to flash flooding, especially on previously saturated grounds.
