A portion of western North Carolina, including the following county, Burke.

Until 430 PM EDT.

River or stream flows wiil be elevated.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 221 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to training thunderstorms along the highway 181 corridor where as much as 2 or more inches of rain will accumulate. Watch for rapid rising stream levels in the Upper and Steeles Creek basins.
