* WHAT...
Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...
Portions of north central and northeast Ohio, including the following counties, in north central Ohio, Ashland, Crawford, Morrow and Richland. In northeast Ohio, Holmes, Stark, Summit and Wayne.

* WHEN...
Until 1115 PM EDT.

* IMPACTS...
Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
Ponding of water in urban or other areas is occurring or is imminent.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 812 PM EDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Overflowing poor drainage areas will cause minor flooding in the advisory area. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen.
- Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.5 inches are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding.

Mansfield, Wooster, Ashland, Barberton, Green, Galion, Orrville, Rittman, Ontario, Lexington, Crestline, Doylestown, Loudonville, Creston, Bellville, Dalton, Shreve, Hayesville, Holmesville and Mount Eaton.
