Continued flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.

- At 1057 PM EDT, Between 2 and 3.5 inches of rain fell earlier this evening. While water levels in area creeks and streams continue to recede, some roads may still be impacted by high water and washed out debris. Motorists are urged to drive with caution.

Toms Creek, Connellys Run, Stroubles Creek, Slate Branch, Crab Creek, New River and Back Creek.
