- At 1045 PM EDT, emergency management reported heavy rain had fell in the warned area from thunderstorms earlier today. Flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly. Between 1 and 3 inches of rain fell earlier today.

Glenville, Grantsville, West Union, Cedar Creek State Park, Arnoldsburg, Sand Fork, Pullman, Auburn, Coxs Mills, Newberne, Troy, Baldwin, Linn, Tanner, Leopold, Grove, Berea, Burnt House, Stouts Mills and Alum Bridge.
