Portions of central and east central Colorado, including the following areas, in central Colorado, Pikes Peak, Teller County and the Rampart Range Above 7500 Feet. In east central Colorado, El Paso County including Colorado Springs and Monument.

* WHEN...
Until 9 PM MDT this evening.

* IMPACTS...
Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- Monsoon moisture will interact with a cold front to produce very heavy rainfall capable of producing flash flooding.
