Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.

- At 1110 PM EDT, between 2.5 and nearly 4 inches of rain fell earlier this evening. While water levels in area creeks and streams continue to recede, some roads may still be impacted by high water and washed out debris. Motorists are urged to drive with caution.

Island Creek, Big Spring Branch, Spruce Fork, Little Island Creek, Hales Branch, Tracy Fork, New River, Bolars Fork, East River and Adair Run.
