Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Some roads remain closed due to flooding.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 226 AM EDT, emergency management reported lingering flooding due to heavy rainfall on Saturday. Flooding is ongoing. Between 1 and 2.5 inches of rain fell on Saturday.
- Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is expected.
